The content of the day is designed to provide you with insights, tools and techniques to enable you to further their career with us and / or the wider NHS.

This development provision is a positive action initiative. Positive action is encouraged under the Equality Act 2010, where it enables an employer to encourage and train people from under- represented groups to move towards a more even representation of employees at all levels in the organisation.

Dates for upcoming Masterclasses are available on the rolling calendar. To book a place, please use the course booking form.

Further dates and venues for 2018 will be available soon.

To view the FAQ's regarding the BAME Masterclass, you can search using the HR and Workforce Knowledgebase (Click on HR Self Service on the screen). Tip - search using appropriate keywords e.g. BAME, Masterclass etc.
