Content relevant to this role has been taken from ALM and Hubbub and adapted to make it fit for purpose. It is available to people in any banding but the benefit to the person and organisation will be greater if a delegate has an ongoing leadership responsibility such as supervising colleagues, leading projects, assignments, specialist work and working with stakeholders. The programme comprises of three core modules:

Modules can be done in isolation or as a suite of building blocks and in any order. Dates & locations can be viewed on the Rolling Calendar.

Effective Line Management (ELM)

ELM is aimed at line managers and supervisors. The course works for the novice and the long serving, and is proven to be highly relevant for managers up to band 8b. It is also open to the ‘not yet’ manager.
