Raise your HR Direct query in two clicks...

To make raising your HR Direct query even simpler, a new and improved button has been added to the People First homepage.

HR Direct have recognised that an increasing number of customers are using the 'Raise my HR Direct Query' function via the People First homepage. 70% of customers now prefer to raise a query online rather than by phone or email.

To make raising your HR Direct query even simpler, you will find a new and improved button on the People First homepage which is bigger, more accessible and can be used at any time. 

The HR Direct team aim to resolve 80% of queries within the service level agreement of two days. The team resolve on average 90% of queries within 2 days and 70% of those within the hour. If your query requires further investigation, it will be assigned to a relevant specialist for resolution.

All we ask is that your query/request is clear and concise. This will help the team to provide a full response to your query, first time.
