Our Voice 2020

Our Voice 2020

For 2020 we are launching an Our Voice pulse survey in partnership with Peakon.

Peakon is a new, employee engagement platform which will enable us to not only produce surveys on a regular basis but also to track progress over time while providing managers more opportunities to engage with their teams.

The platform is much more interactive then a traditional survey, allowing managers and leaders to instantly access results and conduct action planning right away.

As with all our surveys, all respondent information is kept confidential and reports are only generated for teams of six or more. This is a great opportunity to have your say and provide feedback whether it is positive or perhaps raising any concerns you have.

Staffside fully supports the survey and you can see the attached joint union statement here.

Watch the video below to learn about Peakon and the NHSBT Pulse survey.

If you’d like to join in a manager training session for Peakon, please contact Graham Bowditch.

Who?

The survey is open to all NHSBT colleagues but as with previous surveys will not be open to Bank, Honorary, Zero Hours and Temporary /Agency staff.

When?

The next survey will launch on the 6th July and will act as a pulse survey to measure progress since last year and act as a temperature check to capture the current mood and any concerns within NHSBT.  This will be followed in the autumn by the annual survey.

Where?

The survey will come from NHSBT Surveys/Peakon and will be sent directly to your email inbox.  It will take around 5-10 minutes to complete.

Confidentiality

The survey will be completely confidential and will comply with NHSBT GDPR standards.  Identifiable information will not be provided to managers, and any feedback will be provided anonymously. Managers will NOT see any reports for colleagues or six or fewer respondents.

Peakon also offers a comments section, in which managers can CONFIDENTIALLY engage in an email discussion with colleagues, allowing for a more open level of organisational dialogue to make NHSBT a better place to work.

Peakon- how do I learn more?

Please see the attached recording and presentation for our NHSBT Peakon Induction session facilitated by NHSBT’s account manager for Peakon, Claire Liddiard and NHSBT’s Graham Bowditch, Organisational Development Manager.

You can also view the attached video to learn more about how Peakon works.
