Our Voice - Check Up

Our Voice Check up

This year we’re launching the Our Voice- Check Up! Survey to see what progress we’ve made since last year. We have changed the name from Your Voice to Our Voice as we believe that together, we’ve done a lot to make NHSBT a great place to work. If you’d like to learn about some of the many actions we’ve taken as an organisation in response to last year’s survey, please click here to see our Corporate Action Plan.

This year’s survey will be launched on Wednesday, 5th September 2018. The survey will be:

  • Launched for three weeks
  • Will be sent to everybody’s work email (unless they are on authorised long-term leave)
  • Will be a shortened version of last year’s Your Voice- Be Heard! survey
  • Will not include options for comments
  • Will only take a couple of minutes to complete

All colleagues should be given the time and resources to complete the survey. Therefore, we’d ask:

  • Please ensure you have access to your work email in advance of 5th September.
  • If you are on a rota, check with your manager that you’ll be given time to complete the survey. It should only take a couple of minutes.
  • If you’re on session, make sure your session iPad is active and has access to the internet.

As with all surveys, NHSBT has sourced ORC international as its survey provider to ensure the highest standards of confidentiality. ORC by law is not allowed to share any individual results with NHSBT and only provides combined responses for teams of more than 6 respondents. There have been no reports documented by People indicating there has ever been a breach of confidentiality at NHSBT from a Your Voice survey.

You may receive updated emails from ORC asking you to complete the survey in September. Rest assured that these are blanket emails sent to all colleagues and your individual details on completion are not shared with NHSBT.
