Working Arrangements, Payscales and Allowances

In general pay and working arrangements are defined by Agenda for Change or Medical terms and conditions. Your work base will determine the country and payscale which is relevant to you. For example, staff who live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland but whose official base is in England will be subject to English payscales.
