Pay

From 1 April 2020 NHSBT is bringing our Payroll service in-house to our Pay Support team in Newcastle.

From this date the work currently undertaken by Shared Business Services (SBS), apart from pension administration, will be completed by Pay Support.

From 1st April 2020 NHSBT’s Pension scheme administration will be provided by University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB).

There is no current impact to pay processes however there may be some minor changes once they are moved in-house, further updates on this will be provided.

You should continue to raise any pay queries through HR Direct.
