Your Voice (Staff Survey)

Your Voice - Check Up took place in November. Your Voice - Check Up had just 25 questions  to measure how well we are doing on our corporate areas of focus, as well as checking up on how well we are doing on making NHSBT a great place to work. Overall engagement scores have improved from 3.56/5 in 2014 to 3.87/5 which aligns well with the NHS average. This indicates that the targeted approach and planned actions taken to address the three corporate areas identified following the 2014 survey have made an impact.

Your Voice took place in 2014, allowing colleagues to share views about what it was like to work at NHSBT.  68% of colleagues completed Your Voice, which provided a real insight into what it is like to work at NHSBT.

Results from Your Voice were published in January 2015.
