Our Freedom to Speak Up Service

Freedom to Speak Up is about ensuring that concerns are raised, listened to and acted on.

You can discuss anything that concerns you including a risk to patients, donors, colleagues, NHSBT or its reputation. You can also share your ideas for positive change or a better way to do things.

The service is confidential and our Freedom to Speak Up Guardians won’t share your identity unless you agree to it.
