At the Staff Partnership Committee held on 28th January 2020, trade union colleagues notified NHSBT of their withdrawal from Appeal Panels with immediate effect. As an interim measure pending our employment policy updates, appeal panels will comprise:
For Grievance, Dignity at Work and Disciplinary Dismissal Appeals – Two independent managers (one of which is the Chair) and an HR representative
For all other Appeals – One independent Manager (Chair) and an HR Representative
