If you have all your clearances but are just waiting for the DBS disclosure, your new starter can commence employment with NHSBT provided you complete a risk assessment declaration form confirming that they will be supervisedĀ AT ALL TIMES. This is in exceptional circumstances provided that the:
DBS Disclosure has been requested
Application Form does not disclose any cautions or criminal convictions
Pre-employment Declaration Form does not disclose any cautions or criminal convictions
All other pre-employment checks have been satisfactorily completed
