Since May 2013, the government has required that employers enrol all new, eligible employees into a workplace pension scheme.
We are also required to enrol any current, eligible employees in to the workplace pension scheme every three years. The next review is due in May 2022.
Which Pension information are you looking for?
Staff members who meet the eligible criteria will be enrolled in to the NHS Pension Scheme.
If you are not entitled to join the NHS Pension Scheme then you will be assessed and may be auto-enrolled into the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST). This may include employees who have opted out of the NHS Pension Scheme and those who have flexibly retired.
If you are reaching your pensionable leaving date, you may wish to consider Flexible Retirement.
Employees in the 2015 pension scheme may also wish to consider Early Retirement Reduction Buy Out (ERRBO).
