Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity is about differences. At NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT), we think about differences, such as cultural/religious background, gender, ethnicity, disabilities etc. Inclusiveness is about harnessing these differences to create an environment where everyone feels that they are valued for who they are. That they have a sense of belonging, and are inspired to contribute their personal best every day.
