Partnership Working with Trade Union colleagues - Training for Managers

Our Partnership working training is an excellent starting point for all NHSBT managers, new and existing, as well as those that have an interest in partnership working and how we work with our recognised trade unions across NHSBT.

You will learn more about what a trade union is and the role that trade unions have to play in the work that we do within NHSBT, as well as how we work in partnership with our recognised trade unions. You will also gain some valuable insights into how you can prepare and support yourself and your team to work alongside trade union colleagues in all aspects of your role.

The course is especially useful for those that either manage a trade union representative within their team, or that have regular meetings with trade union colleagues and would like to make the most of these.

The course is run in partnership, with a member of the management team and a trade union representative, and there will be the opportunity to discuss experiences, share thoughts and to ask questions from both facilitators.

For further details and to express your interest in registering for this course, please submit the Expression of Interest form.
