If a position does not exist already, or needs changing, you will need to complete a create/change position form (ESR FRM106)To check whether a position is already active and set up you can review all current positions on our Existing Organisation and Position structure page.

New positions or position where the job title or grade is changing need to have been through the job evaluation process before you complete the create/change position form. 

This form should be used when the below changes are needed to an existing position:

  • Job title
  • Grade
  • Location (base)
  • Department/Cost Centre
