If a position does not exist already, or needs changing, you will need to complete a create/change position form (ESR FRM106)*
This form should be used when the below changes are needed to an existing position:
- Job title
- Location (base)
- Department/Cost Centre
The form should only be used to create new positions if recruitment is not needed for the role. If you are looking to recruit a new employee in to the position, please see the Recruitment page.
