Vision for Science: People Strategy

The vision for Science is aligned to our People Strategy but targeted at scientific roles. It highlights the essential knowledge, skills and foundations which lie at the heart of saving and improving patient lives both now and into the future.

This strategy identifies areas to focus on to increase recruitment, improve training and development, enhance the leadership, address areas where retention is reduced and work to optimise the working environment.
