Each Donor Centre and Team Base will have access to the below promotional materials to assist with your recruitment:
We recommend using the promotional materials on session when you have any active Healthcare Assistant or Nurse recruitment. We would not recommend displaying the materials when there are no active recruitment campaigns to avoid saturating your audience as this will make the materials less effective. Where there is a vacancy in the local area but not specifically for your team it is also good to display them to support local recruitment.
We advise ensuring that the table talkers and leaflets are displayed on the tables in areas where donors will naturally congregate. The banner should be displayed in your highest traffic area - possibly near to reception/ waiting area. We also recommend that the advert is printed and displayed on session - this could be attached to the banner.
