NHSBT encourages open communication about issues identified with performance at work. We have a number of services and tools available to assist in the support and management of this depending on the situation.
You may want to refer to other policies that may be more relevant in order to ensure employees are fully supported through the process, e.g. under performance due to ill health or possible disability issues, please refer to the Attendance section.
